As a new member of Colorado Athletic Club-Tabor Center, you’ll receive a complimentary session with one of our certified personal trainers; ensuring you start on the right foot toward your fitness goals. You’ll develop the fundamental techniques to make your exercise routine more effective and have the foundational skills to improve your fitness or increase your performance.
Educating You for Maximum Training Results
Because our trainers are certified across the board, they are experts at using and instructing you on all the equipment we have in the cardio, weight and fitness areas. They provide hands-on instruction so you can continue towards your fitness goals with confidence. We also provide instruction on how to properly use free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands and variety of other equipment.
