Personal Training with your membership
As a new member of Del Norte Sports & Wellness, you’ll receive a complimentary session with one of our personal trainers. This session will help you start strong and zero in on your fitness goals. You’ll work with the trainer to develop the fundamental techniques and exercises to make your workouts more effective. Stick with them “forever” or be a “one and done,” you’ll have the foundational skills to improve your fitness or increase your performance faster.
Educating You for Maximum Training Results
Because our trainers are certified across the board, they are experts at using and instructing all of the equipment we have in the cardio, weight and fitness areas. They provide hands-on instruction so you can continue working towards your fabulous fitness goals with confidence. We also provide instruction on how to properly use free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands and other equipment at the club.
Fitness on Your Time with Flexible Scheduling
Making time for your fitness is one of the most difficult parts of starting. We offer flexible scheduling during club hours to fit your busy schedule. Bring on the morning people, the night owls or those who only have time during their lunch break – we’ll find the right time.
