Personal Training included in your membership
As a new member of Maryland Athletic Club, you’ll receive two complimentary sessions with one of our personal trainers. These sessions will help you start on the right foot toward your fitness goals. You’ll work with the trainer to develop the fundamental techniques and exercises to make your exercise more effective. Whether you choose to continue on with our trainers or not, you’ll have the foundational skills to improve your fitness or increase your performance faster.
Educating You for Maximum Training Results
Because our trainers are certified across the board, they are experts at using and instructing all of the equipment we have in the cardio, weight and fitness areas. They provide hands-on instruction so you can continue working towards your fitness goals with confidence. We also provide instruction on how to properly use free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands and other equipment at the club.
Fitness on Your Time with Flexible Scheduling
Making time for your fitness is one of the most difficult parts of getting started. We offer flexible scheduling during club hours to fit your busy schedule. Whether you’re a morning person, night owl or only have time during your lunch break, we’ll find the right time for you.
