And here we are: May. Finally! To borrow a quote, “May is the most beautiful month of the year, a month alive with warm color. The flowers and trees are in full bloom, and even the sun joins this rhapsody be emitting warmer rays.”

May is also National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. The extra sunlight and nice temperatures help make it feel like anything is possible. When you include exercise then life is really good. “Studies show that regular exercise can have a dramatic impact on our health, lowering the likelihood of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some types of cancer. It also improves memory and sleep, increases our ability to focus, and reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety.”
