

Club Rules
& Guidelines
In order to provide the best experience for all members and guests, we ask that everyone adhere to the guidelines of Wellbridge Athletic Club.
Basic Conduct
It is the goal of the club to provide a stress-free and enjoyable environment for all members. Members and guests are required to behave in a well-mannered, non-aggressive and courteous way to other members, guests and staff.
Attire
All members and their guests should dress appropriately while using the club facilities. Shoes and shirts are required at all times in the club. Guests will be charged a guest fee. The same guest may only visit the club up to three times within one month. Guests must enter the club facilities with a Member and be accompanied by the Member while using the club facilities. Each guest must abide by the rules and regulations of the club and the sponsoring Member is responsible for the action of the guest, including unreturned locker keys and towels. The guest must present his/her driverʼs license (or a comparable picture ID) and complete the guest register with each visit.
Membership Cancellation
In order to provide you with a complete service in termination and protect your signatureʼs security, we require that all termination requests be provided, in person, at the club or via certified mail to:

Lost Items
Contact the Manager on Duty regarding lost items. While every attempt is made to safeguard lost items, the club cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Articles collected are tagged and stored until claimed for 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated to a non-profit organization.
Access to the Club
The following procedures are necessary upon entering the club facilities: Present your club membership card to the Front Desk for computer registration and verification of membership.
NOTE: A lost membership card will result in a replacement charge. You will not be permitted access to the club without your membership card.
For more than 20 years, Wellbridge Athletic Club-Cambridge has played an important role in the lives of many Cambridge residents, Boston-area students and businesses. And even more importantly, in the Club, Wellbridge Teammates and Members have come together for years over Trivia Nights, Train the Trainer events that supported the Right to Play organization, Halloween Costume fun and many more great memories. Thank you for your contribution to a healthy and active Cambridge and its community of residents and guests.
As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. This week we received news that we are unable to re-open Wellbridge Athletic Club-Cambridge. While Wellbridge management was hopeful for a positive outcome of our recent lease negotiations we were unable to achieve an agreement to move forward in re-opening the club.
Not only is this a sad change for Wellbridge, it comes at an even more challenging time for the world. Instead of being able to drink a last cup of coffee or do that last training session we only have an opportunity to share our memories and well wishes through Zoom calls, emails and letters. But as we have always done, we will try to make the best of it.
We welcome members to offer associates shout outs and further connection by filling out this form of which we will do our best to connect your message with the appropriate associate.
We also recognize you have membership account resolution needs including the potential need to get into your rental locker. Due to the variety of status’ in membership due to the COVID temporary closure, we are going to work with each member individually to resolve their account. Please write to Cambridge@wellbridge.com and provide your first and last name, birthday and/or membership # and specific questions you have regarding your account. This will give us the best opportunity to look up your account individually and take care of your needs efficiently. While we will have dedicated associates for these inquiries, please do know that the volume will initially be large and it may take us up to 3 business days to respond. If you do not hear from us after that time please try again to ensure we have received your inquiry.
