Looking for calm as well as a challenge? Our yoga classes focus on balancing cognitive and physical practices for experienced and beginner yogis alike. Expect classes to improve your mind-body connection, improve flexibility, build strength and leave you prepared for your day.
Based on the core-training and injury rehabilitation principles designed by Joseph Pilates, our Pilates classes combine strength and flexibility training to bring you total body conditioning. On the mat and on the reformer, our instructors guide you to a perfect mix of body alignment and core-strength that results in lean muscle tone.
Taking a group class at Harbour Island Athletic Club & Spa is more than a workout, it’s an immersive experience. We’ve carefully designed our studios to remove unnecessary distractions so you can focus on your coaches, your workout and your goals.

We understand you’re being pulled in every direction outside of the club, which is why our group fitness programs run from the wee hours of the morning to late into the evening. Our doors may have been closed since mid-March, but our minds were wide open to new ideas and safety precautions to welcome you back safely.
Join us by using our Club App to reserve your 2-hour time slot and make the most of our strength and cardio and tennis areas. You’ll find instructions on the home page under ‘Club App’.
Please note the following amenities and their current modifications during Phase I of re-opening:
:: Pool available for lap swim only at this time. Reservations should be made to reserve your lane.
:: Tennis courts are available on a reservation basis. Please use our Club App to reserve your court.
:: 1/2 court basketball available. However, racquetball courts are not currently available
:: Studio fitness classes will be offered. Please check the class schedule using our Club App to make your reservation
:: Locker rooms and limited showers will be available. Saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools will remain closed.
:: Towel Service will not be provided
:: Water Fountains…but bring your water bottle for touchless filling stations
:: Kids and Youth programing are not currently being offered
:: Nursery will be open on a modified schedule
Please also plan to comply with HIAC guidelines which may require you to bring and wear your own mask while in certain areas of the club/property.
