Harbour Island Athletic Club & Spa encourages children from babies to teens how to learn, move and play.
Ages 6 weeks to 10 years
While parents stay on property, children will enjoy two hours of fun ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. Nursery attendants guide children through age-appropriate games, toys, puzzles, books and yoga to challenge their physical, intellectual and social wellbeing.
Fit Kids Athletic Development
Personal trainers work with children in a group setting to develop motor skills, running form, jump techniques, increase agility and work on low level plyometric drills to give your child a head start on the competition. The program is progressive in nature, with new skills added each week. Athletes will improve speed, power and technique to decrease the chance of injury and learn a lifetime of healthy habits.

Junior Tennis | Ages 3-18
Our USPTA Certified Junior Tennis Coordinator and his team will work with children all ages and levels to increase their tennis skills. The Junior Tennis Coordinator will help guide your child to the right level, age and ability.
Young players | Ages 3-8
Players will learn how to hold the racquet, basic stroke techniques, develop hand-eye coordination, proper footwork, and most importantly, have fun!
Junior players | Ages 9-12
Players will learn more advanced modern stroke techniques with a greater focus on consistency and shot placement. Match tactics are introduced along with physical conditioning to develop speed, agility and power.
High School | Ages 13-18
Players are now in full competition mode. Whether competing for their school teams and/or in USTA tournaments, all strokes are nearly perfected and an increased focus on mental toughness and off-court training will be implemented.

Swim Lessons | Ages 6 months-Adult
Our year-round pool is always kept around 83 degrees. Relax and enjoy with your children for a day by the pool. Private and Group Swim lessons are available with our certified instructors to teach 6 months to high school swimmers, safety, proper swim techniques and endurance.
FitKids Swim | Ages 6-12
Children will learn to improve stroke technique, speed and endurance through drills and laps in a group setting.

Elementary Camps / After School
Summer Camp | Ages 5-12
Each week campers will have fun learning a variety of healthy activities including, cardio tennis, yoga, obstacle courses, swim techniques, swim endurance, brain games, team building, arts & crafts and more!
After School Program | Ages 5-12
The after school program helps children manage their homework load, use their energy and have fun before going home to spend time with their families.
