November Reset FAQs

Thank you for your continued patience, participation and energy to help us inspire active lifestyles. It is more important than ever. As New Mexico presses the “reset” button through November 30, we want to share our plans to support your health and membership.


Q: What will happen to the remainder of my November dues because you are closing Nov. 16?

A: November dues credit options – We ask for your consideration of contributing the remainder of your November monthly dues to support the club. If you are willing to do this please click this form to donate those dollars. If you are unable or do not want to assist the club you do not need to take any action. We will credit those funds to your December billing.

A: Pre-paid Personal Training & Other Services – For money already paid to Personal Training or other services, it’s very simple: the sessions/funds will be waiting for you when the club re-opens! Please note that on Dec. 1 you will be billed for services already used in November.

Q: How are you helping your staff during this time?

A: We have assembled a small, local team to continue running our virtual studio fitness and personal training products, our Blast! Academy and to be a voice on the other end of the phone for your questions and concerns. For those that do not provide those specific services, we are already starting to assemble their schedules for our return on December 1, 2020. We will also continue to provide health benefits to those already enrolled in our programs.

Q: Can you please provide virtual training from the Clubs amazing instructors/trainers?

A: We are happy to provide the following services:

  • Virtual Studio Fitness – Your Sports & Wellness instructors will be live more than 15 times each week including an extensive library. Download for the virtual class schedule here. When you are ready, click here to get moving!
  • Virtual Wellness Series – Sign up here to register for the next session.
  • Virtual Personal Training – Apply your current package to keep your routine strong. Click here to tell us you are interested in booking you first virtual session with your trainer today.

Q: How can I use my membership while the club is closed? (aka Home Workouts)

A: We highly recommend you continue to make exercise part of your daily routine not only for your physical health but also your mental health. Therefore, we have a small but specialized team working to ensure you have quality and effective home workouts during this time. Our Virtual Club is now available and will continue to be updated; check back frequently

Q: How will you communicate future updates to members?

A: If you are not already receiving emails from us please submit that information here.

We will provide ongoing communication but hope the above answers many of your initial questions. This year has shown we are truly stronger together. Thank you again for being a part of our healthy community.

Q: Why am I not receiving e-mails?

Q: How do I create my online account?

A: On the website, click on “Member Login”. From there, you will be prompted to create your account. You will need your membership number and the phone number we have associated with your account.
