Your health and safety is our Number 1 priority. During the temporary closure, we teamed up with domestic and international industry leaders to assemble, train and implement new procedures that not only keep you safe, but still give you an incredible club experience.
Below are highlights of the changes we have made, recognizing we will add or modify as new requirements or knowledge is provided. Our associates are committed and we ask that you team up with us in what we call Social Responsibility.

The club has always maintained the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Now we turn it up a few notches for our re-opening. Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants will be used for all continuous and deep-cleaning processes. We will also introduce next generation electrostatic handheld sprayers. This equipment will be used nightly to fully disinfect hard-to-reach areas.
Full-time housekeeping associates have already been trained on industry-leading cleaning. They are also armed with:
- More teammates, with an emphasis on high-touch amenities
- Ability to plan for usage in the club though our Club App, powered by MotionVibe
- Planned downtime between studio classes for thorough sanitation
We added a teammate to consistently clean high-touch areas in the weight room and cardio floor. Our members also have personal disinfectant and are required to follow their Social Responsibility commitment
- All associates will wear masks and gloves, and have disinfectant spray to clean heavily used areas
- The studio fitness schedule is redesigned to ensure thorough cleaning between classes
The club has added sanitation stations that include disinfectant spray, towels, gym wipes and hand sanitizer
Safer Together Through
We are taking careful actions to facilitate the CDC physical distancing guidelines. Extra signs will guide you through each area and help us all practice safe movement.
Workout Reservation System
Thanks to the size and open space of the club, we do not anticipate issues with proper physical distancing. However, as a display of extreme caution and to ensure our ability to properly sanitize, we will require Online Registration via our Club App, powered by MotionVibe. The App is required to gain entrance to the club during Phase I.

We have carefully looked at every step of your club use, specifically areas that now require a change to stay a minimum of 6’ from members and associates. Please follow all directional and capacity signage that have been posted for your health and safety.
Space to Breathe
We have taken additional measures to ensure your workout space gives you plenty of room to breathe freely. Physical distancing signs will show which equipment is available for use, and signs will be placed throughout the strength floor to remind members to wipe down equipment before and after use
Member Arrival & Check-In
Physical distancing cues will be marked at the Hospitality Desk as well as hallways that require specific directional signage, in locker rooms and in studio fitness classes.
Our front desk team is still ready and excited to welcome you, but instead of handing over your membership card or scan tag, you will show your Club App registration pass and self-scan your card.
You will be greeted before entering the club to have your temperature checked via a touchless digital thermometer. Per CDC guidelines, individuals with an elevated temperature will be asked to come back another time
Face Coverings for Members
Please plan to comply with local, state or federal guidelines, which may require you to wear your own mask while in certain areas of the club/property.
In addition to adapting the environment in which they work to help ensure adequate spacing, team members will be required to a temperature-check before starting their shift. Any associate who has a temperature of 100.4 Fahrenheit or higher will not be allowed in the club. Associates will also:
- Be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face coverings and gloves.
- All teammates will be retrained on their commitment to club cleanliness.
- We appreciate your patience and cooperation in advance if our associates address any members that are not displaying the agreed-upon Social Responsibility.
Program Specific Changes
Cardio equipment will be marked for appropriate distancing. • The weight floor is a high-touch area requiring the teamwork of associates and members for optimal cleanliness. • Please limit movements between different equipment – this will help with proper sanitation before moving to another exercise.
New schedule will accommodate times for thorough sanitation between classes. • Studios will be marked with a minimum of 10’ distancing between participants. • Doors will remain open to increase air flow until class begins, and then close until the end of class. • Reservations are required using the Club App. • Where necessary, equipment will be removed to ensure proper distancing. • Members should bring their own mat and other ancillary equipment to ensure proper sanitation. A limited number of these items will be available at the hospitality desk and will be first come, first served.

Class size and capacity controlled via online reservation. • For sanitary purposes, members will bring their own mat and equipment. • Floor marked for proper distancing. • Member sanitation station in each studio. • Additional sanitation time between classes.
Lap swimming available only via reservation. • One swimmer per lane; enter and swim in middle of the lane only. • Private lessons will be instructed from the pool deck for members only. • No water aerobics will be offered until further restrictions have been lifted.
To protect members and trainers, our personal trainers are required to wear masks and gloves during your session, and stay a minimum of 6’ away from clients.
