The arrival of spring has always had its own unmistakable vibe that’s full of optimism and energy. We want to be active, gather our families and seize every moment. We want to feel strong, lean and refreshed, and see our kids happy and healthy. That vibe is different this spring. Everything hurts. Optimism is replaced by uncertainty, and we all might have what is described as nervous energy.

But we’ll get through this and we’ll do it together. For that we are certain. In a small way, we can start today. Even though we can’t see each other within the club’s four walls, we’re excited to offer you our Virtual Club to keep your routine on the reg. It’s just a start. We have a small, specialized team that will continue to expand your online workouts – join in today.

Thank you again for being a part of our community, and here’s to having many more years together. We will return to a new normal, where you can have a kick-in-the-pants session with your favorite trainer, and then kick back in the club as we all experience that familiar vibe of optimism and energy.

Q: My Club closed mid-March. What will you do with my March Dues?
A: Because you have already paid for that time, we will reduce your first monthly dues billing after re-opening by the amount of days after our temporary closure…otherwise known as a credit for the pro-rated amount of days.

Q: If the Club is not open by May 1, 2020 what will you do with my billing?
A: We will utilize your April billing selection unless you indicate differently by filling out either of the below forms on or before noon MDT the day before the next billing.

Q: Can I put my membership on hold during this temporary closure?
A: This is an unprecedented challenge for so many of us and this is why we have offered you 3 billing options; see the above. If you still wish to go on leave of absence; we are happy to help. Click here to put your membership on hold.

Q: I requested a Leave of Absence but have not received confirmation of my request. What do I do now?
A: We sincerely apologize if we missed your request; our small team is doing our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. However, if you have not received a response, we ask that you select your choice of dues billing option in the above questions during our temporary closure.

Q: I cancelled my membership after the temporary closure and I am unable to use the Club for the rest of my term, what will you do about my dues?
A: Normally our cancellation policy requires one additional month’s dues payment. In light of this unprecedented situation, we are happy to cancel your membership without any further membership dues payments.

Q: When will the club re-open?
A: We will continue to take direction from federal, state and local authorities regarding our ability to re-open your club. Through your support and engagement, we look forward to opening as soon as we are given the ability to do so.

Q: How can I use my membership while the club is closed? (aka Home Workouts)
A: We highly recommend you continue to make exercise part of your daily routine not only for your physical health but also your mental health. Therefore, we have a small but specialized team working to ensure you have quality and effective home workouts during this time. Our Virtual Club is now available and at least until May 31, 2020.

We will be also be offering additional services for our member during the closure. Make sure we have your email address link to stay updated!

Q: How will my payments for other in-club services be handled while the club is closed?
A: All existing packages will remain on your account while we are closed. You will not lose any purchased packages due to the temporary closure. We will be assessing appropriate credits and any other make-up opportunities over the next few weeks.

We will suspend charges for any other recurring services that have not yet been processed (rental lockers, lesson programs etc.)

Q: How will future updates be communicated?
A: Through our website, our studio app and by e-mail

Q: Why am I not receiving e-mails?
A: Click here to add your e-mail address to your membership account for future correspondence. If you have already provided that to us please update your email preferences using the form here.

Q: How do I create my online account?
A: On the website, click on “Member Login”. From there, you will be prompted to create your account. You will need your membership number and the phone number we have associated with your account.

Very soon, that nervous energy we’re feeling today will be replaced by anticipation and excitement. The club will re-open. Silence will become laughter, and we’ll all be back doing what we love.
