Frequently Asked Questions

We are proud to have helped so many individuals begin their fitness journey and then watch them make it a routine. They became regulars and more than just a member – they became our friends. With four clubs along the Front Range, we can simply say, “See you down the road,” instead of “goodbye.” Our others are close, convenient and ready to keep your routine in motion.

 

Membership Options

Q: What membership options do 29th St. members have?

A: You have two options:

  1. Transfer your “home” club to any of our other four CAC locations at your current membership dues rate.
  2. Cancel your membership anytime before October 31, 2023 without any additional fees.

*NOTE: You must take action and tell us which path you choose from the above. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are transferring your membership to one of our other locations until we are informed differently.

Club Access

Q: What access do 29th St.  members have during this transition?

A: We welcome 29th St. members at any of our Colorado Athletic Club locations without an additional charge through October 31, 2023

Boulder Passport

Q: I have a Boulder Passport add-on. What happens to this when the club closes?

A: The Boulder passport will automatically be removed as of November 1 dues billing and you will not be charged.

Flatirons Trial

Q: Can I try the Flatirons location before I make a decision about my membership?

A: You are encouraged to experience our Flatirons location during the month of November. You will be billed your regular membership dues for this month. If you decide to cancel your membership and provide notice prior to November 30, 2023 our cancellation policy will not take effect.

Cancellation

Q: What will happen with my membership if I have already submitted a cancellation?

A: The 30 day cancellation notice is waived and your membership will be cancelled effective October 31, 2023.

Q: I submitted an online cancellation but did not receive an email confirmation. Was I supposed to?

A: You will receive an email confirming your cancellation if you have a valid email on your membership and have not previously unsubscribed to emails from Colorado Athletic Club. Please check your spam folder if you do have a valid email on file.

Membership Rate

Q: What membership rate will be offered to the 29th St. members at their new home club?

A: Your membership will remain at the rate you were billed as of October 1, 2023 billing.

Auxiliary Services Packages

Q: What should I do if I have unredeemed packages or services?

A: We would love to have you transfer to any of our other clubs to continue your progress! If you would like to do that, no action is needed on your part.

A: If you chose not to transfer, a refund can be issued for all unused packages, programs or services by clicking here and completing the form request or by emailing cacquestions@wellbridge.com.

Refund for Unused Services

Q: How do I receive a refund for my unused packages, programs or services?

A:  Please complete the following form and we will contact you with your account balance and any details you may need. We commit to having your package, program or service refund done by no later than November 15, 2023 via the original form of payment. If for some reason you do not receive your refund, please email cacquestions@wellbridge.com.

Locker Rentals

Q: I rent a locker at the club. When do I need to make sure I remove my personal items?

A: Please make sure to remove your belongings by no later than Friday, October 27, 2023. After this time, all items remaining in lockers will be donated to a local charity. Please let us know if there is any issue with this timing to ensure your items are not donated if you wish to keep them.
