Cardio Dance Fitness

Non-intimidating and always upbeat, cardio dance fitness is where the party’s at! The movement will emphasize body isolation, strength, style and rhythm to prepare us for funked out, full-bodied, and dynamic choreography. Expect a variety of music genres and moves.
